Medical Director & Injector
David Erickson, MD
Dr. David Erickson is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In 2021, Dr. Dave joined Inspired Health Group family practice where he began treating patients of all ages from across WNY. Realizing many of his patients are interested in exceptional, safe, and innovative medical spa services, Dr. Erickson founded Inspired Aesthetics as an extension of care and wellbeing services that he can offer to patients. When he’s not treating patients, you can find Dr. Dave on the golf course or practicing yoga. He considers himself a “sneakerhead” and enjoys traveling.
Injector
Lauren Robinson, PA
Before becoming a certified injector, Physician Assistant, Lauren Robinson, joined the Inspired Health Group Team in 2018. Lauren is an energetic and compassionate individual with a passion for medicine and being in collaborative partnerships with the patients that she cares for. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter.

Joe Gerard, BBA
As the Director of Operations and Co-founder of Inspired Aesthetics, Joe brings a unique blend of leadership, health expertise, and a commitment to excellence to the world of aesthetics and wellness. Joe joined the Inspired Health Group Team back in 2013 with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their best selves. At Inspired Aesthetics, Joe is at the forefront of creating an environment that prioritizes the overall wellbeing of clients.
Outside the office you may find Joe traveling or participating in community sport leagues. He is a former United States Coast Guard Member as well as a Certified Health Coach.
