The importance of FDA approved injections

Where are your injections are from?

On April 23, 2024, CDC issued a Health Alert Network (HAN) message about the risks of counterfeit or mishandled botulinum toxin injections. CDC, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and state and local partners are investigating clusters of 22 people in 11 U.S. states reporting adverse effects after receiving injections with counterfeit botulinum toxin or injections administered by unlicensed or untrained individuals or in non-healthcare settings.

Rest assured, Inspired Aesthetics Medical Spa only orders direct from FDA approved companies. Our injections are offered by Licensed Medical Professionals, ensuring the safety of our patients. Both of these safeguards are critical to our commitment providing exceptional, safe and innovative medical spa services.

Before receiving aesthetics procedures, ask questions! Your injector should be able to provide transparent information about the types of injections offered and their training and certifications in providing these services. At Inspired Aesthetics Medical Spa, your comfort and trust is our priority, and we ensure that you are fully at ease with any recommendations before proceeding with any of our services.
