What to do before a medical spa appointment?

Get ready to embark on your aesthetics journey!

Three days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or email containing pre-check-in information we may need to start your aesthetics journey with us. Our Licensed Medical Professionals may have pre-appointment care advice specific to you. Some things they may suggest you do before your appointment are:

  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption in the days leading up to the appointment. Smoking can also increase the risk of complications, so minimizing or avoiding it is recommended.

  • Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the appointment. Well-hydrated skin can respond better to the treatments.

  • 24 hours prior to your appointment, you should refrain from taking blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E). This helps minimize the risk of bruising.
